Additional Facilities
- A placement and training cell provides placement and training services. Placement training programs are organized by Mrs. Damayanthi K, a Lecturer in the Science department, to help students answer aptitude tests, competitive exams, and face interviews. Mrs. Sowmya Y., a Lecturer in Civil Engineering, coordinates placement activities.
- Special coaching is being arranged for needy and academically weak students.
- Wall Magazine and College Annual Magazine.
- Driving classes are conduced to the students as per the curriculum.
- Computer lab facilities with internet are available to all the students of polytechnic.
- Department clubs are organized to improve the soft skills of students.
- Industrial tours are organised to the final year students as per the curriculum.
- Materials such as calculators are arranged conditionally for economically poor students.
- Since the technical education emphasizes on the skill and competencies of pass outs, the students are advised to undergo industrial training during the vacations after the semester exams right from 1st semester. Assistance and support will be provided by the polytechnic authorities for such activities. Students may undergo short training and prepare a report of the same. Outstanding activities, involvement in the industrial training will be recognized during annual day celebrations
- Students can be a part of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Indian Red cross .This provides an opportunity to understand community participation for the welfare of the public. It also helps to develop self confidence and personality.
- INNOVATION CLUB, are formed to nurture the technical talents of students.
